Lactobacillus paracasei content ≥1.0*1010CFU/g, powder, moisture ≤7%
1. Isolated from dairy products and intestines of healthy people; 2, acid resistance, bile resistance salt, extracellular polysaccharide production, bacteriocin, vitamins, etc
Streptococcus thermophilus was collected from Guangxi, Tibet, Yunnan and other regions, and a variety of Lactobacillus series strains were screened out by sampling the soil around the living areas and food of local residents.
Colony morphology:
1. Under the microscope, the cells were round or oval, often in pairs or in chains, and the two ovale pairs of cocci were joined together, without flagella and without movement.
2. Under aerobic conditions, the double layer of Streptococcus thermophilus had good regeneration effect on the growth culture, presenting different sizes and round milky white colonies; On M17 solid medium, the colonies formed were small, had smooth edges, and the surface was raised and smooth.
The suitable growth temperature is 38℃~43℃, the low temperature is 19℃~21℃, and the high growth temperature is 52℃. The growth temperature can survive for 30 minutes at 60℃, and the heat resistance is good. The optimum pH value is 6.0~7.0, the initial pH value of growth is 3.0~7.0, acid resistance is strong, can grow in other lactic acid bacteria can not grow in the environment.
1, Culture in the laboratory, MRS Medium can be used for culture.
2, biochemical characteristics: common carbon sources of Streptococcus thermophilus include glucose, sucrose, lactose, fructose, maltose, trehalose, sorbitol, etc., among which the most easy to use for disaccharide, such as sucrose and lactose; Thermophilic streptococcus growth reproduction needs certain vitamins, folic acid and other growth factors, growth is slow.
Streptococcus thermophilus is one of the necessary raw materials for making yogurt. Streptococcus thermophilus can supplement intestinal probiotics, enhance intestinal function and digestive function, and is mainly used in the treatment of infant diarrhea. At the same time, Streptococcus thermophilus still has activity after reaching the intestine, which can regulate human immunity and intestinal immune function, and improve intestinal pH. Promote intestinal peristalsis, prevent pathogen colonization, relieve constipation. Streptococcus thermophilus produces the enzyme lactase, which helps the body digest lactose, and can be used to treat lactose intolerance. Streptococcus thermophilus can also secrete bacteriocins, which inhibit the growth of other pathogens and prevent infection.
Because S. thermophilus can still maintain its activity in the intestine, the gastrointestinal function of the infant is not fully developed, so S. thermophilus cannot be added to the infant's food.
It is suitable for people of all ages except infants. Dosage: 10 billion CFU per person/day.
Store in a cool and dry place (sealed), or refrigerate below 4℃, shelf life is 24 months.
